Enyimba’s
technical adviser, Stanley Eguma, remains optimistic about his team’s chances
of securing a continental spot despite facing tough competition in the
NPFL.
The People’s
Elephant extended their unbeaten streak to four games after a 2-2 draw against
Ikorodu City on Sunday. However, Eguma has urged his players to stay focused
and brace for more challenges ahead.
“We will
take it one game at a time,” Eguma told *Complete Sports*. “We earned a draw in
Lagos, but now we must work harder for our home games. Every match is tough, so
we need to be well-prepared.”
With the
season nearing its climax, Eguma insists that Enyimba’s goal remains within
reach. “We are still optimistic about securing a continental ticket, but we
have to earn it. We’re still on course.”
